A funnel trigger or automation trigger will let you start an automation funnel based on your users behavior. FluentCRM has several funnel triggers that will let you initiate an automation funnel to automate workflows.
CRM triggers
#List Applied: This trigger lets you automate workflows when the specified lists were applied to a contact.

- Select Lists: Select the lists for which you want to trigger the automation funnel.
- Run When: Select whether the contact needs to belong to one list or all the lists you’ve specified.
- Conditions: Choose whether you want to restart the automation multiple times for this event.
#List Removed: This trigger lets you automate workflows when the specified lists were removed from a contact.

- Select Lists: Select the lists for which you want to trigger the automation funnel(when a contact is removed from the lists).
#Tag Applied: This trigger lets you automate workflows when the specified lists were applied to a contact.

- Select Tags: Select the tags for which you want to trigger the automation funnel when it’s removed from a contact.
- Run When: Select whether the contact needs to have one tag or all the tags you’ve specified.
- Conditions: Choose whether you want to restart the automation multiple times for this event.
#Tag Removed: This trigger lets you automate workflows when the specified tags were removed from a contact.

- Select Tags: Select the tags to be removed from the contact(for which you want to trigger the automation funnel).
#New Form Submission (Fluent Forms): The Funnel will be initiated when a new form submission will happen in Fluent Forms.

- Select Your Form: Select your form.
- Map Primary Data: First Name, Last Name, and Email field will be available for mapping with Form’s corresponding field. The left-hand side is FluentCRM fields and the right-hand side is user-submitted data from the form. Click the arrow-down sign to see all the mappable field items.
- Map Other Data: All the other FluentCRM fields including the FluentCRM custom fields will be available for mapping below the other field mapping. The left-hand side is FluentCRM fields and the right-hand side is user-submitted data from the form. Click the arrow-down sign to see all the mappable field items.
- Subscription Status: Change the contacts Subscription Status.
- Conditions: Specify what will happen if the subscriber already exists in the database.
WordPress Triggers
#New User Sign Up: The funnel will start when a new user sign up to your website.

- Subscription Status: Change the contacts Subscription Status.
- Conditions: Specify what will happen if the subscriber already exists in the database.
- Targeted User Roles: Select which user roles registration will trigger this automation Funnel. Leave blank to run for all user roles.
#User login: This Funnel will be initiated when a user logs into your site.
- Subscription Status: Change the contacts Subscription Status.
- Conditions: Specify what will happen if the subscriber already exists in the database.
- Targeted User Roles: Choose which roles will be used to operate this automation Funnel upon registration.
WooCommerce Triggers
#New Order(Processing): The Funnel will start once new order will be added as processing.

- Subscription Status: Change the contacts Subscription Status.
- Conditions: Specify what will happen if the subscriber already exists in the database.
- Target Products: Select for which products, this automation will run. Leave blank to run for all products.
- Target Product Categories: Select for which product categories, this automation will run.
- Purchase Type: Select the purchase type.
#Order completed: The Funnel will start once a new order is marked as completed.
- Subscription Status: Change the contacts Subscription Status.
- Conditions: Select for which products, this automation will run. Leave blank to run for all products.
- Target Product Categories: Select for which product categories, this automation will run.
- Purchase Type: Select the purchase type.
#Order Refunded: The Funnel will start once an order gets refunded.
- Subscription Status: Modify the status of a contact’s subscription.
- Target Products: Select the goods for which this automation will be used.
- Target Product Categories: Choose which product categories will benefit from this automation.
#Order Status Changed: When the status of an order changes from one state to another, this Funnel will begin.
- Subscription Status: Change the contacts Subscription Status.
- Conditions: Specify what will happen if the subscriber already exists in the database.
- From Order Status: Select the current order status.
- To Order Status: Select the order status you want to give.

- Target Membership Levels: Select for which Membership Levels this automation will run.

#AffiliateWP – New Affiliate Approved/Active Register: The Funnel will be initiated when the affiliate will be approved or register as directly approved.
